Our End-to-End Process
The Renewal by Andersen experience begins when you schedule your first consultation. You will be greeted courteously, and we’ll make sure your appointment is scheduled at your convenience. Our consultants will arrive on time, and before offering our replacement window options, they will first listen to what you want your windows to be. Only then will they start looking for the windows that fit your goals. At the end of the consultation, you will receive a written quote. After you greenlight the project, our expert craftsmen will build your new windows at our own facilities and will finish them on time for your chosen installation date.
Our installation team will then arrive bright and early and will prepare your home for installation. They will move your furniture and valuables out of the way, install drop cloths around the installation area, and wear shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt into your home. Only then will they proceed with the installation. Our team will then completely clean everything, and only call it a day when you are fully satisfied with the installation work. We will also take care of disposing of your old windows.
